A Simple Solution to a Complex Problem

At Lightfoot we understand that a good performance management platform needs to be able to pull together information from disparate systems and data sources across the Trust and it needs to provide users with a view of the world that is meaningful to them.  With this in mind we have developed kyt so that it can provide different views of the same data to different users across the organisation.  For example, a Trust CEO can view the Trust's performance against the measures in the outcomes framework at Trust wide level whilst a department head can be provided with a view of the same information but relating to their department only.  Furthermore, information can be distributed in a manner convenient to the user whether that is via performance dials being sent to a PDA, users viewing their performance dials on their laptop or via a report.

kyt can pull together data from disparate sources in order to create your performance management platform.  This means that you do not need to replace any of the systems you currently operate to capture data within the Trust.
