Lightfoot's team of highly experienced consultants work with client change teams to analyse and interpret the information signalsfromnoise® (sfn) is charting, to transfer the necessary skills for clients to take activity in house and to support the decision making framework itself.

 

Our consultants work with our clients from the very beginning of the relationship right through to deployment and beyond.  Working directly with our clients we bring a new confidence to decision making through:

 

  • Diagnosis - Establishing the current capability of our clients to deliver their core services.  Central to our approach is evidence (data combined with insight) which our unique sfn software captures and processes to reveal where opportunities exist to capture and replicate good practice, and eliminate or minimise poor practice.  Practical review meetings of 30 minutes or less, supported by the evidence as reflected through sfn, quickly leads to exceptional new understanding of these opportunities and what actions could be taken to improve operations and performance.
  • Prognosis- Having gained a clear understanding of the areas for improvement, our clients are able to forecast where their service performance could go following the change programme and where it is likely to go if the status quo is maintained.
  • Sustainability - Providing a visual and easily understood feedback mechanism to all stakeholders where changes made are quickly reflected back in visible performance improvements.  Our sfn software is web based and is therefore universally available to any PC user to access on a daily basis and check how changes they are making are improving services.
