Lightfoot provides various options for signalsfromnoise® (sfn) deployment. The following paragraphs provide an overview of these options, if you require further detailed information please contact a member of our Professional Services team.

Managed Services

We provide a secure Managed Service hosted in a tier one data facility. This is operated within our ISO 27001 accredited security management system. Access is provided over a secure (SSL) internet connection to named users at any client location.  This option reduces the impact on client IT resources and removes barriers to deployment which may otherwise serve to delay the change programme.

Term software licenses are provided to nominated users for the full duration of the Managed Service following which upgrades are available for service extension and or license purchase allowing the solution to be brought in house.

License Purchase

When a client wishes to bring sfn in-house to manage using their own resources, term and full licenses are available to purchase with options to add further licenses whenever the client needs them.

Client Support Services

User training is available throughout all stages of the project, usually conducted on client site and using client data sets, and can form part of any ongoing organisational or management review programme. Click here to find out more about our support and training services.
