Lightfoot Solutions work with Acute Hospitals to:

• Provide detailed anlaysis of the inpatient emergency pathway;

• Analysis and categorisation of emergency readmissions in order to drive  reduction;
• Mortality analysis;
• Analysis of Referral to Treatment performance;
• Provision of ongoing monitoring capability:
•   -  Executive level performance dashboards including national Outcome Framework;
•   - Operational level performance dashboards including clinical performance benchmarking; and
• Benchmarking on a national and peer group level (HES derived)
