Lightfoot Solutions Limited provides our clients with annual software maintenance and support services via our helpdesk and on-site services. The services include support for data analysis, data transformation, use of signalsfromnoise^® (sfn) and systems integration.

Business and Change Consultancy

Lightfoot consultants work with client change teams to analyse and interpret the information sfn is charting, to transfer the skills necessary for clients to take on this activity in house, and to support the decision framework itself. Our consultants also work with a variety of third party change consultancies where appropriate and only when requested to do so by our clients.

User Training

We provide a comprehensive suite of training and skills transfer services designed to allow our clients to become entirely self sufficient in the use of sfn and to ensure that during every phase of a project our clients are able to secure maximum benefit from working with us.
