Lightfoot Solutions Ltd. are pleased to announce the appointment of Carrie Marr as Director of Strategic Change and Health System Innovation to the Lightfoot Team.

Carrie has over 30 years of experience providing strategic leadership to large scale change programs across healthcare. She comes from a distinguished career in health where she has led strategic change, patient safety and quality improvement work in Scotland and latterly in Australia as the Chief Executive of the NSW Clinical Excellence Commission, the Ministry of Health lead agency for safety and quality for the State of New South Wales.
Carrie has focused on supporting Boards and Executive Teams to integrate and embed improvement and innovation into their healthcare systems to support strategic planning and service delivery plans. This has included work with health systems on their data intelligence and risk prediction as a key element of their improvement and innovation work. Carrie has also established Strategic Improvement Hubs within two healthcare systems to support organisations to build the necessary capacity and capability to support change in a sustainable way.
Carrie’s extensive experience and knowledge of the healthcare sector will be invaluable as Lightfoot work with clients to navigate the increasingly complex environment in which they are operating. Carrie will be instrumental as Lightfoot continue to grow and develop a strong national and international team and respond to increasing demand for our expertise and support.
